Artist retains full copyright (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) on the Artwork.

Client will not receive neither a physical copy nor a raw project file (like PSD or KRA).

Client may not directly nor indirectly use the Artwork for commercial purposes. Only personal non-commercial usage rights is granted.

Client may not directly nor indirectly use the Artwork for AI training nor fine-tuning purposes.

Artist may publish the Artwork for portfolio and promotion purposes on but not limited to Bluesky, X (ex Twitter), Telegram and commission sheets.

Client may ask to not publish the Artwork.

Client may ask to not share their name as a commissioner of the Artwork. In that case they will be named as "Anonymous".

Client may publish the Artwork for personal-use or artist-promotion purposes on any of their social media profiles. In that case Client must credit the Artist.

Contact methods are X (ex Twitter) or email.

Client must specify the type of commission requested.

Client must provide at least one clear reference image and details (if applicable) of their character.

Artist may reject a request due to reasons including but not limited to Artwork topic, commission availability and personal circumstances.

Payment method is Lava.Top.

50% of the total price must be paid upfront before commission processing begins.

Remaining 50% of the total price must be paid before the Client receives a finished Artwork.

NO REFUNDS.

Estimate turnaround time is up to 2 weeks.

Client will receive a sketch WIP for review. Work is only continues after Client's acceptance.

Client may ask a minor revisions in the sketch WIP. New details may be rejected.

Any revisions in the finished Artwork are not applicable and will be rejected.
